Hardware Integrations

Our Point-of-Sale stations offer an efficient service to the members and support a variety of hardware integrations. This includes payment methods through Bancontact, ticket printers, and ensuring secure access with eID, RFID, and magnetic card readers. The system also feeds displays that present information visually to inform customers about promotions and events.

In addition to payment and information display, the system has access control and vistor monitoring functionality. These features are important in managing entry to various facilities within Sportoase, like fitness areas, swimming pools, and other rooms.

Sportoffice offers support seven days a week, covering both functional and technical problems. Our support is accessible through multiple channels: phone, email, or the online support desk. This approach ensures that requests can be addressed as quickly as possible.
